So this is me ranting

I've seen VenusAngelic's videos. Well I say seen, but I mean managed to get 15 seconds in before finding her psychotic.
That aside, what irritated the hell out of me about dad's comment is that, sure, VA looks sweet and charming. But she would grate on nerves and from what I've seen, most of the more dedicated one tend to be the most difficult people to deal with. And just because you're a punk with tattoo's and studs doesn't mean that they are a delinquent little shit.
While I must admit, I am more attracted to sweet looking girls with subtle piercings and/or tattoos. I would never avoid being friends with them just because of how they look.
He's called me an idiot for thinking like this. And said as long as she doesn't hurt anyone who cares, and that because of my interest in cosplay he's wanted to strangle me for it. But it didn't hurt me or anyone around me so he "Let me do it". So essentially he's just being beyond shallow about what someone should look like.
Fuck off.
